Duties and Responsibilities

-Responsible for everyday operations, management, and overallperformance of Front Desk, Housekeeping

-Coach and ensure smooth daily operation of the service deskoperation.

-Be proactive in thinking, to be able to react fast to problems,and to make sound management decisions.

-Be well informed of apartments’ facilities and activities andbe able to answer all inquiries.

-Build a rapport with residents and to provide personalizedservice whenever possible.

-Preparing and scheduling property viewings, conducting property tours and interviewing prospective tenants

-Managing budgets, accounts, rent collections, and tenant notices.

-Creating and distributing marketing materials to attract new tenants.

-Maintaining organized and updated resident files and records.

-Reporting any problems or issues to the property manager.

-Inspecting property conditions and coordinating maintenance activities.

-Addressing and resolving residents' questions, concerns, andcomplaints in a timely manner.

-Responsible for handover move-in process and move out process of and early termination of rental.

-Track resident satisfaction levels and ensure feedback iscommunicated to relevant departments

-Review feedbacks, resident comments and other information pertaining to Service Desk, Housekeeping

-Perform other duties assigned by Building Manager.

Skills and Qualifications

-Bachelor Degree in business, management or real estatepreferred.

-Previous experience 3-5 years in hotel service apartments orproperty management

-Able to work under stressful situations and handle challengesin a professional manner.

-Working knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

-Strong organizational and time management skills.

-Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic bookkeeping skills.

-Cordial and warm interacting and engaging with tenants.

-Customer centric oriented. Attention to details.

-Professional attitude and appearance.

-Planning and organizational ability.
