CCTV Supervisor

-Operate equipment and take assistance from technical personnel to identify, isolate and retrieve/copy and store footages of interest.

-Handle recorded media in accordance with organizational procedure.

-Ensure adequate shift staffing levels at the CCTV control room.

-Ensure the facilities and environs are safe, clean and well maintainedin line with the company policies

-Maintain thorough record including, employee attendance register,maintenance book and any other designated records within CCTV control room.

-Report and refer all complicated issues and seek appropriate guidance and appropriate course of action from Security Officer.

-Prepare daily CCTV operation report and submit to Technical Supervisor.

-Supervise the CCTV team who operate 24/7.

-Conduct performance review and appraisal for CCTV team members.

-Provide on the job training to CCTV controller as required.

-Handle CCTV equipment (hardware / software) in line withmanufacturer’s instructions and organizational procedure.

-Ensure all cameras are operational, served and able to undertake all functions.

Other tasks assigned by Head of Department.

-Be on call in case of emergencies.

-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Security Risk

-Minimum3-year working experience in similar or related position;

-Good English communication skill (Written & Verbal)

-Good understanding in computer skill.

-Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays subject to rota and a willingness to extend of change hours and days of work from time to time upon request and subject to operational requirements.
