Duties and Responsibilities

-Greet and welcome customers.

-Ensure counter, cabinets andfloor of the store are clean.

-Understand the dry-cleaningprocess and the services that the company.

-Be able to questions aboutpossible stains, the material of the garment, and give recommendations on thecleaning of a garment.

-Understand the laundry processand the services provided by the company.

-Understand the procedure ofaccepting the customer’s garments.

-Inspect the garments.

-Buttons are intact.

-All pockets are checked andemptied out.

-Make sure all linings have beenpatted to ensure that nothing has fallen to the bottom.

-Use the proper tagging systemand ensure to have the customer’s contact information.

-Respond and assist promptly to customer inquiries or complaints.

-Responsible for cash drawer and daily deposit for his/her shift.

-Other tasks assigned by management.

-Be on call in case of emergencies.

Skills and Qualifications

-High School Diploma or equivalent

-At least 1-yearexperience with laundry service and customer service

-Good English communication skill (Written & Verbal)

-Familiarity with telephone, Microsoft Office, Internet and email

-Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays subject to rota and willingness to extend of change hours and days of work from time to time upon request and subject to operational requirements.
