Bartender

-Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks and snacks.

-Plan and present bar menu.

-Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and incompliance with apartment standard drink recipes.

-Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages.

-Provide recommendations and suggestions to guest for choosing drinks and snacks

-Keep the bar counter and work area neat and clean at all times

-Wash glassware and utensils after each use

-Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies

-Perform physical activities such as lifting and stooping.

-Collect payment for drinks served and balance all receipts.

-Other tasks assigned by management.

-Be on call in case of emergencies.

-High School Diploma or equivalent

-Prior bartending experience required in a Mid-scale or luxury property.

-Good English communication skill (Written & Verbal).

-Familiaritywith telephone, office and point-of-sale (POS) software.

-Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays subject to rota and a willingness to extend of change hours and days of work from time to time upon request and subject to operational requirements.
