Duties and Responsibilities

-Overseeing and providers services include security, parking,cleaning, catering, accommodation

-Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff includingcleaning, maintenance, grounds and security

-Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, arewell-maintained

-Planning building maintenance and operational programs

-Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness

-Allocating and managing space between buildings

-Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards

-Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness

-Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments

-Helping businesses to relocate to new offices and to make decisions about leasing

-Drafting reports and making written recommendations.

-Negotiating bids and contracts for third party workers

-Coordinating building security and maintenance services

-Managing and supervising all facilities personnel

-Perform other duties assigned by Building Manager.

Skills and Qualifications

-Bachelor Degree in civil engineering or related field.

-Communication and influencing skills, in person and in writing

-Analytical and problem-solving skills and decision-making

-The ability to lead and manage teams and projects

-Attention to detail but also the ability to see the implications

-Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

-Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead

-Previous experience in maintenance supervision or related field

-Time management, priority and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload

-Knowledge of IT packages
