Duties and Responsibilities

I-    Swimming pool maintenance

-Implement the property management system of the building

-Monitoring all equipment warranties and documented

-Repairs and maintains electrical and mechanical equipment.

-Tests the chemical levels in public swimming pools and other water systems and adjusts as needed.

-Maintains manual or automated records of all activities and prepares daily / weekly / monthly reports.

-Picks up trash and cleans public swimming pools, restrooms, and facility areas.

-Operates and inspects tools and equipment and makes minor adjustments and repairs.

-Cleaning and servicing swimming pool filtration units.

-Servicing heating, circulation, and de-humidifier systems.

-Fixing lights above and below water level.

-Use swimming pool vacuum cleaners to clean the pool floor.

-Checking and repairing corrosion, cracks, and leaks in the pool walls or floors.

-Use a telescopic pole with a net to clean and remove any leaves or derbies.

-Logging and reporting equipment faults or water quality problems to managers.

II-    Gym Maintenance

-Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance checks and services on equipment.

-Repair and replace upholstery, equipment parts when needed.

-Work with others to execute risk reduction measures and provide care in emergency situations.

-Clearly articulate, enforce and educate patrons on all rules, policies, and procedures.

-Provide customer service and respectfully manage disagreements.

-Actively participate in collaborative work and development.

-Perform other duties as assigned.

-Other Tasks assigned by manager

Skills and Qualifications

-Bachelor degree of Technician or related field

-At least 3-5 years experiences in construction industry

-Have managerial expertise with inspired coaching spirit

-Consistently model positive and professional behavior, including online communities.

-Attend all staff meetings and educational training.

-Maintain regular and frequent communication with property management team

-Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese or other languages is plus

-Excellent customer service and problems solving.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Be honest, reliable, and self-motivated
